Final Week

I am anxious to wrap up this final week of classes.  I have begun working on setting up my classroom for the upcoming school year.  I am creating a new blog for each of my class types this fall; Biology, Biology A, and Co-Taught Biology.  I am going to experiment in my set up and try to incorporate them into my classes this Fall, wish me luck!

Blogging in my Classroom

I really like the Blogger site that we are creating in Edu 553.  One of my goals for this summer was to make a class website.  I think that my Blogger page would serve as a great site for my students.  I could post reminders on homework, tests, and projects.  I could also use it to communicate with my students and answer their questions.  I can even post questions that they need to respond to for homework.  I think this could be a great tool to use with my freshman who love using the internet!  I think that the more we learn about Blogger throughout this class the more comfortable I will be incorporating it into my classroom.
